Villa Nautica Deluxe at MarinaPark Residentie Nieuw Loosdrecht combines spaciousness, comfort, and privacy. High ceilings and large glass windows ensure plenty of natural light and views of the water.
Spacious living filled with natural light
The modern living area is furnished with exclusive, comfortable furniture, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for a pleasant meal, a game, or a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a cooktop with a built-in extractor, a combi-microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and an L'OR Barista coffee pod machine.
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
Two bedrooms in the villa feature two single box-spring beds each, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space. The third bedroom is located in an annex right next to the villa; it contains a bunk bed and has its own bathroom with a toilet. This ensures everyone has their own space. All three bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, featuring walk-in rain showers. There is also a separate toilet. Beds are made upon arrival.

Step straight from the living room into the spacious garden—the perfect spot to unwind together after a day on the water.
Convenient amenities
The villa is non-smoking and equipped with Wi-Fi. You can park one car directly at the villa.
About the park and the surrounding area
MarinaPark Residentie Nieuw Loosdrecht is a small-scale boutique park with direct access to the Loosdrecht Lakes. If you are bringing your own boat, you can moor it at the private jetty. At the park, you can also rent a boat, SUP board, e-bike, or E-chopper.
Cycle or walk past peat strips and reed beds, or visit the charming Porseleinhaven (3 km) or historic Breukelen aan de Vecht (7 km). Utrecht and Amsterdam are just a short distance away for a day trip to the city.
