First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, (Ensuite Also Accessed From Hallway) Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

No smoking. . This lovely Cottage is packed with original features and just oozes charm.
As you first enter, you will find yourself in a handy lobby for storing shoe and coats, then through the traditional oak-braced latched door, you will enter the cosy living room with stunning beams, dining area with log burning stove.
The kitchen is off the living room and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a wine cooler.
On the first floor, you find two bedrooms, a single bedroom with views over the garden plus a spacious kingsize bedroom with beautiful feature beams.
This floor also has its bathroom that Jack and Jill’s between the master bedroom and second bedroom.
Outside, to the rear is a real suntrap of a garden where you can sit out whatever the weather making use of the lovely summer house which has views over the fells. Visit the pretty town of Appleby, enjoy a tour of the castle or take a trip along the Carlisle to Settle Railway line which stops off in the town.
The market town of Penrith is also just a short drive away for a great day out with lots of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet country village. Perfect for two of us and our two dogs for a quiet break away. It is cosy, comfortable and in a great location to access other local villages and attractions. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location , parking at side of cottage in roadside lay-by that gives easy access to rear door of cottage through gate ! If your above 6ft tall mind the low beams !! I'm 6ft 5 & had to dodge them ! Apart from that , very cosy with log burner etc ! Beds very comfortable for us & bath was huge easily accommodating my 6ft 5in frame ! All in all good value & I would stay again !
