Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a bright, open-plan 23 m² living room with high ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.

- Nearest airport: Rennes Saint Jacques approx. 8 km away
