This detached villa is suitable for 4 persons. The hall leads you to the living room with floor heating. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, a store room and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a infrared-sauna. Your bicycles can be stored in the outdoor storage. You can make free use of the Wi-Fi.

In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category.
Your holiday could be quite a luxury one
You will want for nothing at this beautiful park. A luxury villa with all the trimmings. A green garden and lovely terrace or jetty for long, easy days and balmy evenings. The clean sandy beach is at most a fifteen-minute walk away. Nice and gentle, of course, because hey, you're on holiday! Koos keeps the children entertained - that's if they're not at the playground. And if you want to go exploring the surrounding area, just rent out a pedal boat. Welcome to Cadzand-Bad, close to the border with Belgium. Why is this park so popular with our guests? Well, we don't like to brag, but it's just fantastic. Come see for yourself.
A bit Dutch and a bit Belgian.
From Cadzand-Bad you can get to Belgium in no time. Old Bruges is one of the most beautiful cities in Belgium. Picturesque bridges take you over a criss-cross of canals. This city is also known as the ""Venice of the North"". Knokke, the most charming and popular seaside resort in Belgium, is less than 20 minutes away by car. Allez! Fancy a walk round a beautiful nature reserve? Het Zwin lies next to Cadzand and ends just over the border in Flanders. And after a lovely day out, you know you can relax back at your holiday villa. Ready for the next day out.
Roompot house rules
- The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
- The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
- If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
Fireworks not permitted In the Netherlands, private New Year’s Eve fireworks are banned and the setting off of fireworks of any kind is prohibited. The park does not carry out any checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and fireworks-free night. It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.
Construction Works
From 9 November to 18 December 2026 and from 4 to 29 January 2027, a new facilities building will be constructed.
As a result, construction work will take place around the main building. We will do our best to keep any noise disturbance to a minimum.

Freistehende mit großer Rasenfläche und Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr bequem
Ein Tipp wäre hilfreich gewesen zu wissen, dass keinerlei Küchenutensilien wie Gewürze, Küchenroĺle, Handwäsche vorhanden sind. Also alles mitbringen ist mein Tipp

Ik zelf loop met een rollator ,na dat ik geboekt. had.
Dat viel tegen !!

Tolles Haus in schöner Parkanlage gelegen. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen und schöne Radwege in der näheren Umgebung.
Eventuell die Wohnung am Anreisetag etwas früher beziehen können. Sauberkeit war ok aber könnte etwas verbessert werden.
