Bungalow Macaronesia is a wonderful property with a private pool and a shared pool in Playa del Inglés and capacity for up to 4 people.
This fantastic accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and another one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer as well as a toaster, kettle and coffee maker which ope and several armchairs to enjoy a moment of reading or watch any show you fancy in the Smart TV with internet connection and international channels.
The terrace is one of the wonders of this house.
It has a covered area, where you will find a dining table and seating area to relax and an open area to sunbathe in sunloungers, and dip in the swimming pool. This holiday home is located in a residential complex characterized by the peace that surrounds it and where you will find large gardened areas along with a community pool. Being located in Playa del Inglés, you will have all kinds of facilities around the corner: supermarkets, shopping centers, access to the beach, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
Maspalomas and Meloneras are just a few minutes away by car and the beaches of Puerto Rico or Mogán approximately 15 minutes away. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass. A 400€ deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused.
This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings. Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
