Accommodation description
The spacious Pletzer holiday flat is located in a quiet, idyllic residential area in Kitzbühel, with great connections to the centre and a beautiful view of the Hahnenkamm from the sun terrace with gazebo. The accommodation has been lovingly furnished with handmade furniture in traditional Tyrolean Alpine style. In the farmhouse parlour decorated with old wood and a tiled stove, you can really make yourself comfortable with your family.
The accommodation is located in a very quiet and idyllic residential area of Kitzbühel. The Hahnenkamm and Hornbahn gondola stations can be reached within 3.0 km from the accommodation. The ski bus is within walking distance in just a few minutes. For ski fans, the location is simply fantastic. From the terrace of the accommodation you have, among other things, a wonderful view of the Hahnenkamm and the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps. In the low seasons and in summer, you have all kinds of possibilities in Kitzbühel. Whether you want to explore the mountains and alpine pastures on a leisurely hike or prefer to go mountain biking. On cold and rainy days you can relax in the covered swimming pool of the Aquarena or on hot days again stroll along the Schwarzsee and cool off in the healing moor water. From the accommodation you are only a few minutes' walk directly into the centre of Kitzbühel, where you will find various grocery shops, farm shops, cafés and restaurants and of course luxury shops.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Der Check in und Check out haben flexibel geklappt und es wurde auf unsere Ankunftszeit- und Abfahrtszeit Rücksicht genommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In 750m Entfernung ist ein super Markt, zum Skibus geht man 5 Minuten.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen
