Cozy central townhouse, with terrace/backyard with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Ground floor:

Living room with wood burning stove.
Dining area, Kitchen with refrigerator (w / freezer), hall with access to the courtyard.
Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. 1 floor.
Hallway with alcove with daybed, 2 bedrooms, 1 room with double bed (140 x 200 cm) , 1 room with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and daybed. Internet and TV (Danish, German and Swedish programs and TV2play).
Internet TV, Internet Radio. In addition, a small shed/ house with washing machine and drying rack and a dishwasher. The rent is included with the Heating (Central heating) , water and electricity will be paid for the used consumption. Firewood for the wood stove is not included. Outdoors you can enjoy life in the undisturbed/cozy terrace/backyard with barbecue, the plot is closed with a lattice gate. or go the the harbor (150 m) and take a walk along the harbour. Centrally located, which combines both city life and beautiful nature.
From the house you can easily walk to the city (150m), and here you will find one wide selection of shops, shopping and dining options. 650 meters from the train/bus-station. Public swimming pool (1 km) and 3.3 km to the beach (Hestehoved beach) with Denmark's longest bridge for swimming (sauna and bathhouse) The "mail-boat" sails every day in summertime to different small nearby islands and beaches. (The "mail- boat" is located at the end of the allay) 4 km to the Golf course. 26 km to Knuthenborg Safari Park. 20 km to the Dodekalitten. 10 km Frederiksdal Cherry wine / and Frederiksdal Estate 15km Reventlow Museum Pederstrup 55 km Fuglsang Art Museum 30 km Rødby, Femern belt tunnel visit the exhibition center. The house is a non smoking house, Smoking not allowed. info: The house can be rented out max. 4 weeks at a time, after which it must be cleaned. ( 1 day for cleaning) The tenant can not moved the tenants permanent address to the tenancy (Newspapers/magazines may be redirected to Tolderensstræde 9, in the rent period) Parking : Free parking almost infront of the house, and also a private free parking (~150 m from the house). Et hyggeligt og veludrustet byhus tæt på bymidten, men alligevel stille og roligt.
Bemærk dog at det første billede viser en strand ca 3 km fra huset

Det hyggeligste lille hus med dejlig gårdhave, meget centralt i byen , parkering lige uden for huset, tæt på de ting vi gerne ville opleve. Kommer gerne igen.
