A great base to discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea C1D is a lovely first floor apartment with private terrace offering stunning views over Burriana Beach, the coastline and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking.
The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service.
There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open dining and living area with french windows opening out to the private terrace with outside table for al fresco dining and separate kitchen.
There is a large, airy Kingsize double bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds.
The apartment has a large family bathroom with bathtub and over bath shower.
Facilities include a lift, fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.
The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park.
The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights.
End of stay cleaning is also included.
We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay.
Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

Everything was fine but the apartment could do with new sofas and new curtains in the living room. The bookshelf has two metal things sticking out from the top shelf, we hang towels on them not to hurt your head. Minor things.
Paradise Rentals was very quick to respond to our questions and to act when the dishwasher broke down.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé pour résider sur Nerja. La plage est directement accessible à pied mais il est préférable d avoir un véhicule pour aller au centre. Appartement calme et bien équipé.
L équipé a été très accessible pour l arrivée.

Lovely apartment with everything provided that you need during your stay. Wifi excellent. Great location within walking distance to the beach and less than a ten minute drive to the town. Great choice of restaurants and bars down by the beach.
