Welcome to our beach house in the village of Los Urrutias, near the beautiful and historic city of Cartagena.
Los Urrutias is a small village and within walking distance are several excellent restaurants and bars, including a beach bar. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
This property is a legal rental with Tourist Licence and Single Lease Registry. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

I spent two wonderful weeks here with my family.
House is literally right by the beach, and the whole area is stunning, peaceful and with a great atmosphere.
Jeff and Julia were amazing hosts, always keeping us informed about nearby events and things to do. Everything was exactly as described or better!
There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. No complaints at all.
