This was a nice stay overall. However, we did have to ask for new sheets (twice!) because we found stains on the ones in the room when we arrived. They apologized and handled everything else well.

The location is perfect for getting around the greater Grand Rapids area. The rooms were "clean", but you could see certain steps of housecleaning that are consistently skipped.
