Welcoming house for 5 people by the sea in S'Illot - Cala Morlanda.
The entire house is on the ground floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, dining room and kitchen.
Air conditioning has been installed in the living area to improve comfort.
It has a private patio with awning and outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast or dinner outdoors.
The house is equipped with all amenities and offers bed linen and towels at no extra charge, as well as a cot and high chair. You can park on the street near the house for free. The house is situated at the end of Sard Street, next to the Síllot seafront promenade; a pedestrian walkway with a cycle lane, which will take you to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The area is residential and very quiet.
There are small rocky coves 50 metres from the house and a large sandy beach (S'Illot beach) is just 200 metres away.

die lage der wohnung ist eigentlich ganz gut. es ist wirklich nicht weit bis zum wasser, so dass man ohne probleme morgens mal schnell zum abkühlen ins meer springen kann. ungewöhnlich ist der zustand des hauses, wo seit jahren (bei google ist ein 11 jahre! altes bild drin) im grunde nichts gemacht ...

die ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen wohnviertel, unweit von der herrlichen steilküste und der strandpromenade. auch der strand, supermarkt, restaurants, bushaltestelle und müllcontainer befinden sich fußläufig in der nähe. der innenhof ist das beste an der wohnung und wunderbar geeignet...
