Apartment Layout • Living room (22 m²): cozy and bright, with TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) • Fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and all necessary utensils • Bedroom 1 : one double bed (140x190) and one single bed • Bedroom 2 : one double sofa bed • Bathroom : with shower and toilet Housekeeping is included, and premium 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided.
Your beds will be made upon arrival for your comfort.
Neighborhood The apartment is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, a peaceful and pleasant area of Saint-Malo.
You’ll find essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the Paramé market (open Wednesday and Saturday mornings) just a short walk away.

Le Beau Site "🙂 Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Logement neuf entièrement équipé. Place de parking extérieur, accès à la plage facile. Le calme pour bien profiter.
🙁 Bâtisse en cours de rénovation, des parties communes dans leur jus.
Convertible dans la chambre parentale, incompréhensible de ne pas avoir un vrai lit et très inconfortable. Salle de bain étriquée"
