The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Le Vauclin, this charming air-conditioned flat with sea view, at less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers.
Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and an L-shaped balcony of about 30 m² to enjoy the sea air.
Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: two single beds. - A shower room with Italian shower and WC.
Outside : - A balcony of about 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the sea view.
For even more comfort : washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Le Vauclin, in a very pleasant environment within a fishermen's neighbourhood.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Le Vauclin is a quiet town, bordering Le François, Le Saint-Esprit and Le Marin.
Mainly turned towards fishing and agriculture, the town has a welcoming seafront where it is pleasant to stroll.
The beach at Pointe Faula is a must when passing through Le Vauclin and is a real treat for relaxation and kitesurfing enthusiasts.
Dotted with coconut trees, this peaceful and charming place has a magnificent lagoon, particularly appreciated by families with children who have the opportunity to walk far into the water.
On the way back to Le Vauclin you can stop at the harbour, where you can buy fresh fish from the sea, enjoy these delicious fresh products! The town is renowned for its remarkable natural heritage.
Water sports and diving enthusiasts will be delighted to stay in this haven of peace and relaxation.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the house where the flat is located or in a private car park nearby.
It is recommended that you rent a car on site.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Vauclin bus station in the town. - Nearest airport: Fort de France airport, about 30 minutes away by car.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
Price: double bed kit (sheets + towels): 15 €; single bed kit (sheets + towel): 7.50 €. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - There are two staircases, one inside if it rains and one outside. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge.

La Villa Bleue Topaze 1er "séjour très agréable, la villa est spacieuse et bien agencée, grande cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée
grande terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la mer ou nous avons pris tous nos repas, toujours avec une petite brise des alizés
je recommande, et nous envisageons de revenir .
un grand merci pour l'accueil ."

🙂 Très propre, décoré avec goût, cuisine moderne
🙁 Seul bémol il manquait juste une bouteille d’eau pour l’accueil ( arrivée tardive plus de commerce ouvert pas moyen d’aller en acheter)"
