We invite you to stay in a charming single-story house, perfect for a peaceful vacation.
Located just 300m from the beach (no roads to cross), the nearest shops are just a 300m walk away, and all amenities (Jullouville and St Pair) are 1.5 km away.
Upon entering, you will discover an extra sleeping area with two single bunk beds (90cm), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher), a cozy living room with a TV and a sofa bed offering comfortable sleeping accommodations, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom (shower, washing machine), and a separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture overlooking a small enclosed garden. Please note: Access to the house is via a shared driveway with the owner, but you benefit from complete independence and privacy.
Pets are not allowed. Optional: Linen pack rental* (bedding + bath sheets and towels) €20/bed. Please note: must be reserved with the agency 7 days prior to arrival. End-of-stay cleaning fee: €85 Wi-Fi hotspot*: €39/week Professional listing * While supplies last Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Tres bon séjour avec les propriétaires charmants aux petits soins. Maison de plein pied très sympa, bien décorée très propre et très bien équipée. Très calme et à 5mn de la mer à pied. Parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances !

très beau gîte avec un très beau jardin. gîte très bien équipé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de WiFi et la 4G est quasi inexistante.
