This is an elegant immaculately restored villa, centrally located between famous towns such as Florence and Lucca and a short distance from the thermal centers of Montecatini Terme.
Completely independent, this modern villa is surrounded by a wide fenced grassy garden and olive trees.
The villa (340 sqm) is on two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. The interior furnishings are modern, practical and particularly pleasant is the use of soft and bright colors.
In the most hidden part of the garden, at the disposal of the guests a beautiful L-shaped outdoor swimming pool (11 m x 7 m + 4 m x 5,3 m), furnished with deckchairs and sun loungers.
Near the pool a lounge area to relax and shelter from the sun on hot summer days.
The Villa has an independent heating and air conditioning system, adjustable in each room, as well as an air changing system.
The Wi-Fi can be accessed anywhere (both indoors and outdoors). Villa Le Terme is the perfect place for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquillity in the Tuscan countryside, also having the opportunity to shop and visit beautiful cities nearby.
Monsummano the nearest village is just 2 km away where you can find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bank, bar, tobacco shop, etc Sleeps 13 - 340 sqm - On the ground floor there is a very spacious living/dining room with a kitchen and a corner bar with fridge and ice maker.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop and dishwasher.
In the living area a sofa and a satellite tv. A French door from the kitchen leads to an external pergola with table and chairs for dining out tasting local products.
In the garden there is also a barbecue area.
Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom (also suitable for disabled people) with ensuite shower room and access to the garden and the Spa area.
In the Spa area you will find an indoor heated Jacuzzi (3.80 meters x 2.5 meters x H 1 meters) with a panoramic view of the garden, sauna (4 sqm), Hammam (4 sqm), 2 relaxing heated beds, 2 changing rooms with toilets and showers + 1 bathroom with disabled access.
From here with an elevator leads to the upper floor where you can find a relax area with sofa and satellite TV. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled and a small laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A modern staircase leads to the first floor where you will find: 3 elegant triple bedrooms (with a double bed and a single bed) and 1 double bedroom.
Ensuite bathroom with shower in each bedroom.
Each bedroom is provided with air-conditioning, satellite tv and safety box. Charging station for electric cars available upon payment.
