Altea Beach is a 5-minute drive away and the larger resorts of Calpe and Benidorm are a 15-minute drive away.
The house consists of 2 floors downstairs with the comfortable kitchen fully equipped, a spacious living room with dining area and cozy round seating area, adjacent to a room-wide covered terrace with a view.
Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom.
The master bedroom has an adjoining terrace. Typisch Spaanse villa - verschillende terrassen met bomen en schaduw, ideaal in de zomer - tuin is privé. Dus de buitenruimte is leuk!
Let wel, om aan de deur te geraken vanaf de auto zijn een 60 tal trappen te nemen ( u moet zeker goed te been te zijn) De villa heeft geen airco, niet ideaal tijdens de warme zomermaanden.
