Accommodation description
This stately country house in Périgord Noir is sure to please you, with its free location and views of the surrounding area. The sand-coloured stones from days gone by create a typically French look, and with its dark beamed ceilings, the interior is also unique. Get cosy in the spacious living room or on the sun loungers by the shared pool. You may fish in the pond; ideal in preparation for an evening barbecue!
The house is a stone's throw from the charming village of Prats du Périgord, at the southern tip of the Dordogne region, where it merges into the Lot and Lot et Garonne. The best of 3 regions at your fingertips! In half an hour you are on the banks of the Dordogne, where you can enjoy hiking or - even better - canoeing. From the water, magnificent castles and rocky villages unfold like a true postcard. Grab your paddles in Cénac and explore the 12 km route. At the finish, buses are ready to take you back to the starting point. Paddling fun guaranteed!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Ruhiges Haus mitten im Grünen und 30 Minuten von den meisten interessanten Orten entfernt. Das Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten. Pool ist mit 4 anderen Häusern geteilt, aber groß genug. Freundliche Besitzer, die auch vor Ort leben und sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr geräumiges Haus in einem ruhigen Viertel, schöner Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennisplatte, Volleyballplatz und Boccia. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, Sanitäranlagen etwas veraltet, schönes Esszimmer und gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Auch viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, auch überdacht.

Selbst kein Bäcker in der Nähe, aber ansonsten ist alles perfekt: der Eigentümer ist besonders gastfreundlich, das Haus ist schön, groß und sehr komplett, und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies.
