This large, characterful family villa is located in a small village just 5 minutes from Briançon town center.
In addition to its 1,400m² plot, covered parking, and numerous parking spaces at the foot of the house, this villa is spread over three levels.
On the ground floor, there is a laundry room and a garage for storing skis, sleds, or bicycles.
On the first floor: A bar overlooks the living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room, which provides access to the beautiful terrace, garden, and barbecue area.
A first bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
On the second floor: A mezzanine with a sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms with a 140x190 double bed each, and a third bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

Struttura grande e in posizione strategica. Molto accogliente.

Riscaldamento un po’ macchinoso, i fornelli a gas sono vecchi e non sicurissimi.
Casa molto grande ed accogliente, camino, tantissime camere e spazio per cucinare e rilassarsi. Vicino alla cabinovia e al centro città.
Parcheggio comodo davanti alla casa.

Een ruim groot familiehuis met open haard en grote tuin.
Wij verbleven er met 9 personen.
Een oud huis, met veel geschiedenis gezien alle kleine aanwezige details.
Lastig met warm water, we konden niet allemaal in de ochtend douche gebruiken want het water was op na 3 personen, die een normale do...
