Villa San Giusto above Menaggio was built in 1925/26, one of the most beautiful and famous places on Lake Como.
Passing neighbouring villas and residences, you can reach Menaggio's lakeside promenade in a few minutes via a cobblestone footpath, partly with steps, through alleyways.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful park with old and noble trees.
It stands in the upper part of the property.
The park, which is little used by the other residents, offers several places to sit and relax according to your mood.
Garden furniture and deck chairs invite you to enjoy the park.
Except for the terrace spaces of the lower flats, the use of the park is free.
Below the high property wall is the local road.
There are 5 condominiums in the well-maintained villa, which are mostly used as second homes.
The villa holiday flat is comfortably furnished, partly in an antique style.
The bright staircase leads up a few steps to the entrance of the San Giusto I flat.
The small hallway leads to the individual rooms: the living room on the lake side has a dining table, a sofa set with double bed option; with access to the balcony.
The balcony has a small dining table set and a fantastic panoramic lake view - over the roofs of Menaggio you can see in all directions over the lake, the headland of Bellagio and the entire surrounding mountain scenery.
On the garden side is the spacious bedroom with large brass bed, the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen.
The living room and bedroom have parquet floors.
The cream-white bathroom has a bathtub with shower enclosure.
The location and ambience of the villa are inspiring.
You are enthroned above Menaggio.
Especially the garden park is an experience.
Villa & park convey the typically endearing ambience on Lake Como.
The landlords are friendly and obliging.
A narrow driveway, even for large vehicles, leads to the large wrought-iron, remote-controlled gate, through which you drive about 50 m to the villa.
The parking space is in the park next to the entrance of the villa.

Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht über den See. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon eher klein. Aber tolle Aussicht. Zum Liegen oder relaxen eher Gartennutzung. Alles ruhig. Weg zum Ort runter sehr schön. Zurück. da steil, anstrengend.. Allein die Lage lohnt den Aufenthalt.

Super Anlage, mit super Blick auf den mittleren Comer See nach Menaggio, Bellagio und Varenna. Großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Balkon, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und entsprechende Ruhe während der Nacht. Man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt und an dem Ausblick konnte man sich nicht sattsehen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen, wir hätten herrliche Tage am Comer See.
Die Gärten und die Altstadt waren ein Traum.
Auch der Empfang in der Villa San Giusto und die Tipps vor Ort waren herzlich und nützlich.
Wir sind rundherum zufrieden und buchen gerne wieder.
