The villa is located above Menaggio, approx. 200 m above sea level on the western shore, above the district of Croce, with picturesque views of the lake and mountains.
The golf course is approx. 200 m away.
This is a sought-after residential and villa location.
Flexible size: The villa has two living levels with separate entrances: the main part is upstairs with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces, and balconies with direct access to the garden, including an apartment on the ground floor with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On this level is the garden with a jacuzzi, dining table for 10 people, and deck chairs with sunshades.
The villa is only rented as a whole, otherwise the lower apartment remains unused.
Easily accessible by car.
Several steps lead to the main entrance of the villa.
In the winter months, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of an open (glass-protected) fireplace in the main apartment on the upper floor.
Mediterranean plants frame the romantic garden with its natural stone walls.

The villa offers plenty of space to play and relax.

sehr zufrieden - alles rundum gut. Haus topeingerichtet.
Abwicklung und Service sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit LA BREVA als auch vor Ort die Hausverwalterin, erstmals Comer See, Blick vom Haus und auch die Gartenanlage in guter Erinnerung. Gute Eindrücke auch als Bootsfahrer bekommen.

Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit den drei Bädern dh. Schlafraum ein zu geordnetes Bad überdurchschnittlich gut im Wohnkomfort.
Umfeld wie Garten mit Jacuzzi, Liegen usw. ergänzen die Wohnung als sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war praktisch maßgeschneidert für uns. Alles neu und ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Ihre Ansprechperson vor Ort, Stefania, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Problem mit dem nicht funktionierenden Internet in den ersten 2 Tagen, war dann am 3. Tag gelöst. Sie war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und hat sich gekümmert. Verbesserungsvorschläge zum Haus habe ich keine
