We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, 2 steps of the underground Anatole France and the CHU of Pontchaillou, this charming flat with Wi-Fi (optical fibre), of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a pretty 40 m² living room with sloping ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a 30m² terrace with garden furniture.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, combined oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A living room with 1 electric queen-size bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair and baby bed.
A common laundry room is available on the ground floor with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A 30m² terrace with a sofa and 2 armchairs to enjoy the nice days The flat is ideally located close to the CHU of Pontchaillou, directly accessible by a pedestrian bridge at 300 meters.
This flat occupies the first floor of a detached house.
There is a well known butcher's shop around the corner offering take-away food.
On both sides of the Boulevard de Verdun you will find bakeries, a biocoop and a carrefour market at 300m.
La Poupée qui couse is a very pleasant and cheap neighbourhood restaurant (open at lunchtime only and by reservation as it is very popular) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the street (paying parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Metro: Anatole France 300 metres away - Nearest train station: 3.3 km - Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande 7.7 km Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be at your disposal throughout your stay to enable you to make the most of it.

El único problema fue que queríamos prolongar una semana más y el costo por 1 semana era más caro que las 2 semanas que estuvimos.

Teranga logement impeccable, bon équipement, environnement calme et une terrasse sympathique. Très proche de l'hôpital ( 10 mn à pieds ). Je recommande
