This is a cozy duplex apartment with 3-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Apartment is located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik City in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. Apartment is located on the 3rd top floor of a residential building (no elevator). Composition: 1st floor consists of entrance hall, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, sitting area/living room which opens onto a balcony 2nd floor consists of small hallway, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and second with a pair of twin beds. Amenities include: AC(all rooms), free WiFi, SAT TV(living room ), iron and ironing board, safe, balcony, washing machine, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The apartment is located in Lapad neighborhood which is a very well known residential area of Dubrovnik and within 7 minutes walking distance down the slope you can reach a grocery store, a bakery, and restaurants.
Bus stop to the Old town with buses passing approximately every 15-20 minutes is only few minutes walking distance from the apartment.
In about 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment you can find yourself on the Lapad bay promenade with a number of restaurants and bars, kids playground, cinema and at the end of it there are several sandy, pebbly and concrete/rocky beaches, a something for everyone.
Free street parking can be found around the building however parking place can not be reserved. Apartment sleeps 6 guests

The online photos made the property look much lighter and cleaner than it actually was. The location was great - walkable to beach, bars restaurants and supermarket. Bus stop at the bottom of the road to get bus to old town Dubrovnik. While the property had everything we needed we had a number of is...
