Villa consists of two separate apartments that are connected with staircase.
One apartments features three bedrooms, and the second one has two bedrooms.
There are two fully equipped kitchens in the property, as well as two private bathrooms and two living rooms with seating area and flat-screen SAT TV sets.
One of the apartments has a balcony overlooking the sea and in front of the property there is a furnished terrace with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and parasols. Barbecue facilities are at guests' disposal. Free private parking is available on site. Villa Tony is a great place for a Croatia holiday – just 18 minutes drive from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Orasac is just around the bay from pretty Zaton Bay and has stunning views out across the blue, open sea with views out to the beautiful Elafiti Islands.
The nearest bus station is 300 meters from the Villa, with buses passing frequently and it is an approximate 30-40 minute ride to the Old Town.

Orašac is a village in southern Croatia, 14 km northwest from Dubrovnik, between Trsteno and Zaton. In southern Croatia, you will find this village in between Zaton and Trsteno. The village is surrounded by six other villages which are famous for the caves and traditional eco tourism. You will find here many old churches such as St. Nicholas church and many chapels such as Arapovo castle. In the adjacent Ljubac village you can see an astonishing naturally made amphitheatre and you can taste homemade cheese and wine there. To get real essence of village life, you must try this place once.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 35 km away.

Mijn verblijf in Villa Tony was perfect voor mijn zakenreis. De twee aparte appartementen gaven me de mogelijkheid om me te concentreren en boden voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen na een drukke dag. Ik heb de betrouwbare wifi en airconditioning gedurende mijn hele verblijf zeer gewaardeerd.

Moja wizyta w Villa Tony spełniła oczekiwania podczas wyjazdu służbowego. Dwa oddzielne apartamenty pozwoliły mi się skupić i zapewniły dużo miejsca na relaks po intensywnym dniu. Doceniłem niezawodne WiFi oraz klimatyzację przez cały mój pobyt.
