It features a heated 8x4 m pool, a wooded garden, a terrace with comfortable seating, a barbecue and plancha area, and a petanque court. Nearby, you will find: - Ponteil Beach: 450 m (6 min walk) - Salis Beach: 550 m (7 min walk) - Coastal path (Sentier du Littoral / Tirepoil): 500 m (6 min walk) - Seaside restaurants & cafés: 400–600 m - Bakery: 300 m - Pharmacy: 350 m - Supermarket: 450 m - Old Antibes (historic center & market): 800 m (10 min walk) ## Transit The villa is located 1.9 km from Antibes train station and 1.4 km from Juan-les-Pins train station. By car: around 30 minutes from the Nice Airport via the A8 motorway, exit n°44 “Antibes / Juan-les-Pins” By bus: approximately 45–60 minutes from the Nice Airport, with airport buses to Antibes (#82) followed by a short local connection Local public transport: - Envibus Line 02 (Antibes ↔ Cap d’Antibes) - Envibus Lines 30 and 31 These lines stop within walking distance of the villa and provide easy access to Antibes center, beaches, and Juan-les-Pins. Fantastic villa in Antibes! We had a wonderful stay. The villa is incredibly clean and modern. It's a short walk to the beach and Old Antibes with all the shops and restaurants. The pool and backyard area in general are super nice and a great place to relax. Highly recommend this property.
