## Space This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Antibes, just steps from Place de Gaulle and the charming old town.
Perfect for both business trips and family holidays! Situated on the 2nd floor of a secure, well-maintained residential building (note: elevators start from the 1st floor).
This accommodation consists of: - A large and bright living room with a diner table, a convertible sofa, AC, TV - A fully equipped open kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, electric stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a washing machine (no dryer, but a drying rack is provided) - Bedroom 1: double bed with storage space in wardrobe, storage unit, AC - Bedroom 2: double bed with storage space in wardrobe, storage unit, small terrasse, AC - A bathroom with a large bathtub and two sinks - Separate WC - A large terrasse with dining table for 6 people AC in each room and in the living room.
No parking spot is included with the apartment.
There is a parking lot called Q-park that is located 50m from the residence and offers a weekly price at €69 (or €9/day). ## Interaction Our agency, just a short 3-minute walk from the apartment, will assist you throughout your stay.
Please contact us at least one day before your arrival to confirm your check-in time, and one day before departure to arrange your check-out.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Self check-in is also available upon request using a secure lockbox with clear instructions for easy access to the apartment.
We are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance, ensuring your stay is comfortable and stress-free. ## Access Guests have access to the entire apartment ## Neighborhood The apartment is located on Avenue Robert Soleau in Antibes, just 100 meters from Place du Général de Gaulle and 550 meters from the Picasso Museum in the old town.
The area is vibrant and convenient, with shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and artisanal boutiques nearby.
You'll enjoy exploring the historic old town—wander cobbled streets, enjoy the lively Provençal markets, visit galleries, or relax along the ramparts, beaches, and Port Vauban with its picturesque harbor.
Local markets: - Marché Provençal d’Antibes (at Cours Masséna) — food market open Tuesday–Sunday 06:00–13:00 (in July & August until 13:45) under the covered hall. - Marché Boulevard Albert 1er — held every Thursday along Boulevard Albert 1er, from approx. 06:30 to 13:00. - Marché Place de Gaulle — outdoor market on Tuesday from ~6:30–13:00; also Thursday & Saturday in the morning. - Marché Place Jean Aude — market on Wednesday mornings from ~7:30–13:00. ## Transit The bus stop for line 620 (to and from Nice Airport) is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is less than a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to Antibes and the surrounding region. ## Notes To fully enjoy the charming pedestrian streets, I recommend parking your car in one of the nearby private garages, such as Q-Park JM Poirier, located just a few meters from the apartment.
Household linen is provided on arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper).
End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to agree on a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage der Wohnung: die historische Altstadt und der Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet, positiv sind besonders die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage nebenan, da w...

Positive:
Este un apartament foarte dragut! 2 dormitoare cu parturi confortabile si un living cu bucatarie, baie, spatios. Lenjerie si prosoape aproape noi si de calitate.
Negative:
Lipsa unui loc de parcare - am gasit parcare la 700m de locatie, pentru masina existenta de cafea nu am gasit pastile si nici un filtru de cafea disponibil.
