Accommodation description
This modern chalet with enclosed terrace (80 cm high) and jetty is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family/friends. Swim from the terrace and keep an eye on the children. After adventures, enjoy on the private terrace by the water. The chalet has all conveniences, well-equipped kitchen, TV and quiet surroundings for water lovers. There is a picnic bench/table and from 1 April to 31 October also adjustable garden chairs
Surrounded by water, this accommodation is perfectly located with direct access to the Loosdrechtse Plassen. Explore this watery area in your own style. Rent a sloop, canoe or SUP and explore the numerous moorings where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace overlooking the water. But the water adventure is not limited to Breukelen. The Vinkeveense and Maarsseveensche Plassen are wonderful recreational areas in their own right. Along the Vecht you will find cycling and skating paths, past beautiful country houses, castles and picturesque villages such as Loenen aan de Vecht. Bring your own boat and moor it at your accommodation (don't forget to reserve the boat ramp). For bike and boat hire, water sports equipment and local tips, please visit the reception. Park your car in the central area, about 100 metres from your accommodation. Breukelen is not only inviting but also centrally located in the Netherlands. Utrecht and Amsterdam are thus within easy reach. And when it has frozen here, it provides the perfect setting for long skating trips on natural ice. From your chalet you then step straight onto the ice - how beautiful is that
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.

Kleiner, set 2025
Kurztrip mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar. Perfekter Startpunkt für Radtouren u.a. nach Utrecht. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und was auch wichtig ist, sehr gut geschlafen, da die Matratzen klasse waren (ist leider nicht immer der Fall in den verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen).

Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Sitzecke, gute Betten und sogar ein privater Steg zum Baden. Bei der Lage ist allerdings zu beachten, dass man im Grunde nur mit dem Auto anreisen kann da der nächste Ort zu Fuß 50 Minuten entfernt ist. Von dort aus kann man allerdings per pr und Bahn nach Utrecht fahren.
