Beautiful villa with pool and garden on the outskirts of Inca.
This fantastic house, for up to eight people, is located just a 5-minute drive from Inca, a town in the heart of Mallorca where you will find all possible amenities.
This accommodation is perfect for those looking for a quiet holiday in the middle of nature, away from the crowds, as it combines the peacefulness of a rural area and all the comforts of a town. This finca has several fully-furnished terraces, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a sunbathing area with deck-chairs, and spacious natural grass garden areas.
There is also a covered parking for several cars.
The interior is divided into five double bedrooms, all bright and spacious; three full bathrooms; a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Inca, the closest town to the villa with a population of around 30000 inhabitants, offers all possible amenities, such as many shops with local and international products, supermarkets, restaurants with local cuisine, etc. It has a wide range of cultural activities.
You can visit its churches, cloisters as well as the Museum of Footwear and Leather, since Inca is known for its tradition of high-quality leather manufacture.
Inca has good communications with the whole island by train and by bus. Inca is a great starting point from which to explore the island.
It is just a 25-minute drive from the bay of Alcúdia; a 30-minute drive from the bay of Pollença, and a 15-minute drive from Selva, Alaró, Campanet or Mancor de la Vall, some of the beautiful villages of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains – a UNESCO World Heritage Site which is a must. Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. Fees not included in the price: - Tourist tax (mandatory) - Cleaning fee: 150 euros/reservation (mandatory)Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property.
In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es gibt eine Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Die Betten waren überraschend bequem und wir haben es sehr genossen, morgens auf der Terrasse gemeinsam zu frühstücken. Der Pool wurde am ersten Tag komplett gereinigt und auch sonst war alles sehr gut in Schuss.
Die Kommunikat...
Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, es fehlten ein paar mehr Schüsseln und Kleinigkeiten.
