Villa Anna, located in a residential and quiet area (Residencia Pinamar), 900 meters from the beach of Riells-L'Escala and the Natural Park Els Termes. The Residence Pinamar has a large garden space, community pool (16x6m), porch and communal barbecue.
Capacity for 6 / 7pax, ideal for families with children and also for groups looking to enjoy a quiet holiday and relax in l'Escala - Costa Brava
The surface of the house is 120 m² on two floors with a maximum capacity of 6/7 people.
On the ground floor
Living room (Spanish TV) with direct access to the private garden (open) and with access to the community space (pool, barbecue, ..).
American kitchen (well equipped: dishwasher / oven / vitro / fridge / filter coffee machine / utensils)
1 bathroom with shower (wc + sink)
1 bedroom with 2x 90cm.
On the 1st floor
2 bedrooms;1 double 1x150cm with access to a terrace overlooking the pool and 1 triple room with bunk (1x140 down and 1x90cm up)
The entrance measures 30 m² and enjoys sun in the morning.
The terrasse and the garden are in the back, the afternoon sun, and are oriented to the community garden,The measures are 15m² and 35m² respectively.
