Come and enjoy a moment of relaxation in this charming and spacious house with garden, ideally located in a quiet dead end street in the center of Luc sur mer, only 300 m from the beach! The house of 150 m² can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed of a large and bright living room with open kitchen, veranda with view on the garden, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 office room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms.

The house: Located in a dead end street in the heart of downtown Luc-sur-Mer, close to all amenities, you can do everything on foot.
On the first floor : - Large and bright living room with : Living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV.

Balaena "Een ruim en comfortabele woning in een hele leuke regio.
🙂 Super ruime woning op een geweldige locatie. Zee vlakbij en een park naast de deur. De pauwen die regelmatig op bezoek komen in de tuin zijn een leuke extra. Alles is voorzien voor een geweldige vakantie.
Wij komen zeker terug!

Balaena Fijne woning, veel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ideaal voor jonge kinderen om te spelen. Het is een kleine wandeling naar het strand en fijn park naast de woning met een speeltuin. Enige wat soms een uitdaging was, was het vele schreeuwen van de pauwen, maar daar raakten we aan gewend en de kinderen vonden ze erg leuk.
