Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a bright and spacious area that includes the kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Connected to the kitchen is the living area, featuring a sofa, a television, and a dining table for four people.
On this main floor, there is also the first bathroom, equipped with a shower.
The apartment has two bedrooms.
The first one is located just past the living room and features a double bed, television, and a built-in wardrobe.
From this room, a staircase leads to the second bedroom, which also includes a double bed, television, built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The highlight of the apartment is its large private terrace, furnished with jacuzzi, sofas, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun and Seville’s fantastic weather.
The jacuzzi will be available from March 15th to November 15th.
Located in the renowned Triana neighborhood, the apartment sits on the charming Calle Castilla, right on the banks of the Guadalquivir River.
The area is full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best of local cuisine.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.
The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process.
Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The location was great and convenient. Quiet building with amazing views of the Giralda and Puente de Triana. Unfortunately, the building and the flat have a horrible sewer problem. The odor was strongest in the bathroom because of faulty plumbing for the shower. We purchased a plug in air freshener to help cover up the smell. If the issue is resolved, it is a perfect place to stay for 2 people.
