This Sorrento holiday apartment is complete with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large living room that can also be used as a third bedroom, kitchen, terrace, swimming pool & tennis court, great for families or a group of friends, all cleaned and sanitized to a very high standard by our specialized team. The Space Our recently renovated central Sorrento accommodation is complete with: Bedroom 1: • Queen Double Bed and 1 Single Bed • Fresh Linens Provided • Free Wi-Fi 24hrs • Air Conditioning • Flat Screen TV • Deskspace Bedroom 2: • King Sized Bed • Fresh Linens Provided • Free Wi-Fi 24hrs • Air Conditioning • Private Balcony • Flat Screen TV Two Bathrooms: • Shower • Clean towels • Complimentary Toiletries In the apartment you can also find a washing machine with laundry facilities. Living Room and Kitchen area Living Room • Fully equipped with latest Generation HD Flat Screen TV • Access to Outside Terrace Area • Free Wi-Fi 24hrs • Air Conditioning Kitchen Area You will find all the essentials you need to make a traditional Italian dinner, including Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine and more. Private Terrace You are welcome to use the private terrace area to enjoy a dinner or drinks should you prefer not to dine outside.
As the apartment has kitchen facilities you can also choose to enjoy your breakfast or lunch here. Guest Access Guests will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the ground floor, including the outside terrace.
As the apartment is located in a condominium, guests can also benefit from the swimming pool and beautiful garden area.
You can also benefit from the 12/24hrs concierge service and Tennis Court which you can book in advance, as well as having private tennis lessons with a tennis coach for an extra fee as well as enjoying a nice game of 'bocce' on the green field area when you can bowl. Damage and Incidentals You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Parking We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property.
The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place.
Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is open from June 20th to September 15th, during the following hours: • from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM • from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Please note that wearing a swimming cap is mandatory when using the pool. Guests must purchase and bring their own swimming cap before arrival, as swimming caps are not provided at the property.
Guests without a swimming cap will not be permitted to use the pool. Get ready to recycle. There were tons of rules as far as trash went and warnings about ruining the towels or you’d have to pay. Can’t use them for makeup.
