Modern and comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday flat in the basement of a city villa. It is accessible at ground level via a separate entrance. 2 terraces invite you to linger and offer a relaxing view of the garden. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, high-quality tiles and parquet flooring. A dressing room to store your luggage replaces the wardrobe. All rooms are bright and connected without thresholds. The rooms can be darkened with window blinds. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. A desk completes the furnishings. The beautiful, spacious eat-in kitchen offers a fitted kitchen, a large dining table and access to the garden terrace. The covered barbecue area can be used by prior arrangement. The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Shops, restaurants and cash machines are approx. 650 metres away. Public transport connections are a 5-minute walk away, so the journey to the zoo takes 10 minutes, to Museum Island 34 minutes, to the main railway station 33 minutes and to BER airport 50 minutes. The former office building, which was used as an embassy in the last century, has been lovingly reconstructed. The holiday flat is therefore not a misuse of residential space. A licence for commercial use has been granted. Parking is possible on the street. A contact person is on site. Parties and stag/hen parties are not permitted. The 7.5% accommodation tax, which has been levied in Berlin since 2014, is included in the accommodation price. (For insurance reasons, no battery packs from e-bikes can be charged in the FEWO).

Da das Haus und die Wohnung sehr schön und die Gastgeber besonders nett und aufmerksam sind, fahre ich immer wieder gerne dorthin. Trotz der Lage im Souterrain ist es hell in der Wohnung. Die Souterrainwohnung ist trotz der Position hell und bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Sie befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Altbau, hat zwei Terrassen und liegt ruhig.
Sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber!
S-bahn in Laufweite, aber auch mit Bus zu erreichen. Kostenloses Parken auf dem Seitenstreifen möglich.
