Living area: Sky, Netflix, French Doors Leading To Balcony Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Freezer, Fridge, Dishwasher Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Heron’s Nest is a stunning, first floor apartment with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the owner’s lake in the shared grounds, the perfect spot for dining al-fresco or enjoying a glass of wine after exploring all the Cotswolds has to offer.
Inside, the property features a well-furnished and cosy open plan living space, with stunning views to be enjoyed from the huge glass windows.

Stunning Cotswolds villages can be reached by car in under 30 minutes, as can the larger, historic town of Cheltenham.
The city of Oxford can be reached in under an hour and is sure to make for a busy day out.

Heron's Nest was a lovely place to stay within walking distance of Bourton on the Water, but in a peaceful spot. Lovely views of the carp lake from the main room and balcony. Clean and nicely furnished. May we suggest a smaller dining table that could be moved to take in the views, rather than sitting in a corner?

Would have given 5* only my husband kept bumping his head on the ceiling🤣 but a beautiful place such a gorgeous setting, and Bourton on the water, was a stunning village. Absolutely enjoyed everything💜
