Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Decking with sitting-out area and garden furniture.

The decked area is an idyllic spot to relax and listen to the rustle of the leaves dancing in the breeze and enjoy the open views that surround these lovely lodges.
There are many attractions nearby to visit.
For those who love the great outdoors there is the Duns Castle Nature Reserve, as well as miles of walking routes surrounding the lodge.
The lodge is also well placed for access to the borders, Lothian and Northumberland for picturesque scenes of the Scottish countryside.
For Harry Potter fans, take an hour’s drive to Alnwick Castle and explore the famous grounds where some of the famous scenes were filmed for the movies! For anyone interested in history, you have Manderston House with its beautiful gardens along with Duns Castle and Paxton House that are steeped in local Scottish history.
Berwick Station can take you into the heart of Edinburgh in less than an hour; and it’s just over 20 minutes in the car to venture to the coast of Saint Abbs.
After a busy day of exploring, Jessica is a perfect base to return to for a cosy stay.

Excellent - loved the comfort and cleanliness and the host was brilliant.
The local area was beautiful and we found lots of interesting things to do, or just chilled as a family.
Lots of local wildlife to observe!
Maybe better weather but that’s not really something that can be planned.

Apart from a small issue with the bed linen, which the owner sorted out, our stay at Chloe was very relaxing. The lodge is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a very peaceful setting and it was ideal for unwinding and going out for walks. We would recommend Chloe and we hope to go back again some time.
