It has one kingsize bedroom with a high quality mattress and an en-suite shower room, and offers open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with views looking out onto Ullswater.
There is also a separate utility room with a toilet.
Private parking, bike storage, a small garden with shrubs and a cobbled courtyard with views of Ullswater complete the picture. All of the Lake District’s main attractions are close by, including Keswick and Windermere, as well as amazing walks and cycle routes nearby.
The property is also only 2 miles from the steamer jetty at Ullswater, where you’ll be able to enjoy an afternoon on the water.

We loved the property, great location, beautiful views, very clean. Our only criticism would be for the first two days of our stay it was cold, the heating was set far too low. We did eventually work out the booster system & then it was ok. Overall we loved the property, but it is not good to be cold in The Lakes in November.

Perfect holiday rental for our 4 night stay in January. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The utility area was perfect for washing down muddy clothing and shoes (& the dog). very private and quiet area, great for walking. We will definitely be staying here again.

What a fantastic location! We had a lovely week staying at Lake View Farm. It was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, and the welcome gift was a lovely touch! It is the perfect location for exploring all the lakes, with most being within an hours distance. Couldn’t really ask for more out of this accommodation and the view is just beautiful! Thank you very much 😊
