The house, spacious and rustic style, is fully equipped and has a swimming pool, a large garden with natural grass and several terraces. The nearest town is Selva, a small and picturesque town where you will find some restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Every Wednesday the weekly market is held in the center of the town, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts.

Inca is the nearest city, less than 10 minutes by car.

In addition, it is 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and only half an hour from Palma, the capital of the island.
