La Maison Sévigné is a bright apartment located near one of the most famous parks in Rennes: the Thabor Park.
Behind a very nice private hotel on the famous Boulevard Sévigné, this former stable renovated in 2021 will allow you to be close to the city center (Place Hoche) while letting you enjoy the quietness of this house cut off from the tumult of the city.
The house of 80m2 is composed as follows : - an entrance with cupboards, separate WC - a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, small appliances...) - a living room giving onto a terrace equipped with a sunshade, an outdoor sofa for 5 people, an armchair and a coffee table allowing you to enjoy the outside - upstairs, a corridor separating two bedrooms, one with a 160cm wide bed, the other 140cm wide, closets and shutters - a bathroom with "Rain Shower".
Please note that the staircase in this house has no railing and may not be suitable for young children.
Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family vacation or on an urban getaway, you will be welcomed in a personalized manner by a person from the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will present the accommodation, the surroundings and answer any questions you may have.
Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products.
The beds are made up on your arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation.

Maison Sévigné We hebben genoten van het prachtige huis en terras. Zeer comfortabel, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het centrum van Rennes op loopafstand en vlakbij Parc du Thabor. Het contact verliep heel prettig, dank voor de ontvangst! We kunnen dit huis zeker aanraden!

Maison Sévigné "Nous confirmons, cette endroit est un coccon.
🙂 Petite maison bien aménagée et bien équipée. Séjour avec 2 ados et on est toutes les 3 ravies. Ville pleine de découvertes, située à proximité d'un parc à visiter, d'un centre ville historique, magasins en tout genre... et de retour à l'hébergement, on profitait de la terrasse.."

🙂 Proximité du centre et du Thabor. Beaucoup de places de parking dans le quartier. Logement bien équipé avec une chouette petite terrasse. Très silencieux car en retrait de la rue.
