This spacious and bright apartment located in a residential area of Dubrovnik will surely be a great choice for all travelers looking to stay within walking distance to the Old town.
With its warm interior and a lovely view overlooking the neighborhood and greenery it will make for a lovely vacation home.
The apartment features one double bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a single bed; one full bathroom with a shower and additional toilet, an open plan kitchen with dining and living area from where glass doors open onto a lovely balcony with sitting area offering partial sea view.
Amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, AC ( living room, double and twin bedroom ), TV, washing machine, balcony, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building with indoor flights of stairs leading to the apartment entrance.
Because of its convenient location, a grocery store and a café bar are just across the street from the apartment, a restaurant can be found only 350 meters from the apartment while the nearest beach Bellevue is located approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The historical center of Old town with its many attractions and historical sights can be reached in approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the property.
Apartment Terra sleeps 5 guests. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us.
In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

The property was exactly as described. 20min slow walk into old town and approx 10 mins to Dance beach. The property was cool even without the air con which was very welcome after spending the day in 30+ temperatures. I would stay again.

Good location. Coffee bar,Grocery,bakery, bus are all right there. Very nice view. Within walking distance to old city.
Ample room for the 5 of us. Plenty of dishes and pans for meal preparation.
Management responded quickly when we had a problem.
Apartment could use some updating and maintenance.
