Cozy villa with swimming pool and air conditioning 100 m from the beach in Platges de Muro.
This cozy semi-detached house, less than a minute away from the beach, has a swimming pool on the rear patio with deck chairs and a terrace, air conditioning units in the bedrooms, a small garden area, fully-furnished terraces, and a recently-built barbecue.
This area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather of Mallorca The house consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a large fully- equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room.
It also has satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The property is located in a quiet residential area that is ideal for holidays with both family and friends.
It is well-connected with coastal areas through a nearby bus service from Port d’Alcúdia to Can Picafort, where you can find many shops and enjoy the cuisine of the island.
Just yards from the villa there are also supermarkets and restaurants.
The property is very close to the S´Albufera National Park which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within. The accommodation is privileged to enjoy one of the best beaches in Mallorca.
The beach in Platges de Muro, with its white sand and crystal-clear water, has been awarded the European Union´s prestigious Blue Flag, in meeting all the requirements of comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility. Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms. Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price: - Tourism Tax (mandatory) - Cleaning 150 euros/entrance (Mandatory)Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue, and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property.
In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, ausreichend Platz und ein super Pool! Besonders schön ist die Nähe zum Strand (und der ist auch sehr sehr schön!)Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben!

It’s a nice house and very close to beach .The service of Foravila is good,they always answer quickly.But it is a very sad holiday for us.Because of bedbugs,there are a lot of bedbugs in all bed ,we could not sleep.Every morning our face ,neck,arms and legs get red blains and are very very itchy . The itch completely ruined our vacation
