Description of the accommodation
Die Souterrain Wohnung wurde von uns komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Der Eingang ist seperat und erfolgt über die 30m² große Terrasse auf der Seeseite des Hauses. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter der Terrasse des Haupthauses. Die großen Fenster können mit Verdunkelungsrollos für die Nacht verdeckt werden. Die Küche verfügt über: Doppelkochplatte, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Grill, Toaster und Senseo Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche,Waschbecken und Toilette. Auf der Terrasse gibt eine Sitzgelegenheit. Der Blick auf den See ist von der Couch als auch vom Bett und vom Eßtisch zu genießen. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine 350 m² großes Rasengrundstück mit herrlichem Blick auf die Möhne. Die Wohnung kann auch zusammen mit der großen Wohnung gebucht werden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für drei Personen ausgerichtet. Die dritte Person muß aber auf der Bettfunktion der Ledereck-Couch schlafen. Das Doppelbett ist ein kingsize Boxspringbett.
