The villa is in a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful hidden gems of the area: Regina Giovanna, a rocky beach where there are the ruins of a Roman villa and a natural pool where you can swim. The network of trails also allows you to easily reach Sorrento or Massa Lubrense, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views. The footpath to Sorrento is 2 km long, the one to Massa Lubrense is 3 km long.

The villa sleeps up to 9 people in 4 double (or twin) bedrooms, each with its own closet, air conditioning and private bathroom, with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Only one of the bedrooms (and its bathroom) is located on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. This bedroom has two French beds and a private small terrace on the roof. A sofabed is available in the living area. Wifi is available in all rooms and common areas. All the described areas are for the exclusive use of guests.
