Villa Olivia is a delightful modern 3-bedroom villa, set in a quiet area of the village, just a few minutes' walk to the local amenities, with Ayia Napa a short 10-minute drive away.
On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area.
The living area features two comfy sofas to kick back and relax while watching movies or shows on a large flat-screen TV with a Satellite TV Box, giving access to the most popular international channels.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, including a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
The first en-suite double bedroom is also located on the ground floor, along with a guest WC. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, both nicely furnished.
There is one en-suite twin bedroom with access to a private balcony and one ample en-suite double bedroom.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has window black-out blinds throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. Please be advised that there are building works nearby that are not controlled by L.A. Mer Homes.

Отличная новая вилла, обязательно наличие автомобиля, рядом прекрасный пляж Макронисос, и магазин lidl и крупный супермаркет Sklavenitis Hypermarket, свежую рыбу можно купить Blue Island Fish Market, все по пути. Всем отличного отдыха!

The villa is in a quiet and nice village only 15 minutes to Aya Napa. It’s a modern and brand new construction with all the necessary to a fantastic holiday. We enjoy a lot the vacation and for sure we will rent again!!
