Located between the Vilaine and the Mail, the new Mecca of Rennes-style conviviality, lined with new bars and restaurants with their convivial terraces, that this flat is located.
It comprises two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a lounge and a large shower room.
Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A lounge area with double sofa bed and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with a bar, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and all crockery and cutlery. - Dining area for 4 to 6 people - Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200), large wardrobe and desk - Bedroom 2 with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined together, desk - Bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer - Separate WC Neighbourhood : Only a few minutes' walk from the town centre, the Mail, this tree-lined thoroughfare is the perfect place to come and take the pulse of the town, have a drink, shop for organic and local produce on Wednesday afternoons, unearth nuggets from second-hand booksellers and antique dealers on certain Sundays, play sport or play local games such as shuffleboard offered by the various bars, grocery shops and restaurants.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby public pay car parks.

L'appartement est très bien situé.
il est fonctionnel, propre et la décoration est très sympa.
Juste un bémol : le stationnement payant dans tous le quartier. pas de places gratuites à proximité de l'appartement. A anticiper avant le voyage.

L'appartement est bien placé et le quartier paisible. Pas mal de restaurants et bars accessibles facilement. Je recommande cet appartement.
