Cocoonr agency offers you this lovely flat to rent in Bordeaux, located in the hyper centre, in the Saint-Pierre district, narrow cobbled streets, history, discovery, typical Bordeaux style... Located on the ground floor (accessible via a few steps), this 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and comprises a lounge, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A sitting area with sofa and TV - An open-plan kitchen with a high table and appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with shower, accessible from the bedroom - A toilet accessible from the bedroom For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Area and activities : - Museums, restaurants, bars, rue Sainte-Catherine, shops, churches, Place de la Bourse... ideal... - The Saint-Pierre district, a UNESCO-listed historic district of Old Bordeaux, is made up of numerous small squares, including the Place du Parlement, the Place Camille-Jullian, the Place du Palais and the Place de la Bourse, which are linked by narrow cobbled streets such as the Rue du Parlement, the Rue de la Devise and the Rue du Pas-Saint-Georges. - As a semi-pedestrianised district, you'll find it easy to explore Bordeaux.
Rue Sainte-Catherine, the longest pedestrianised street in Europe, the Grand Theatre and the museums are just 200 m away. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public pay car park 50 m away (Camille Jullian, 24 hours a day). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 15 minutes by car (3.2 km) - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 33 minutes by car (11.1 km) - Tram: Line C, Place de la Bourse, 50 m walk - direct to the station in 15 min / Line B, Grand Théâtre, 80 m walk - direct to the wine museum in 15 min - Vcub bike hire station 20 m away, Place Camille Julian Other remarks : - This flat is equipped with wifi connection. - Pets are not allowed in the flat. - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
