Come and discover Corsica in this beautiful, tastefully decorated flat with a wonderful view over the translucent waters of Marinella.
Located 200 m from the beach, the flat comprises a living room with sofa bed (ideal for two children), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, and a shower room with WC. There is also a 14 m² terrace with garden furniture, from which you can admire the sea. Bed linen and towels extra.
Private car park at the bottom of the residence. The flat Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the flat is as follows: - The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa bed with mattress overlay for 2 people (although the mattress overlay improves comfort, the bedding remains firm, sufficient for two children but too firm in general for two adults), TV, dining area for 4 people. - kitchenette opening onto the living room: hob, fridge, microwave, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, 4kg washing machine - Bedroom with double bed (140cm x 190cm) and blackout curtain - Bathroom with shower and WC separated by a partition wall - 14 m² south-facing terrace with no overlooked access, furnished with table and chairs, from which you can admire the breathtaking sea views. Nearby amenities - Local shops: grocery, chemist, restaurants and straw huts 100 metres away - Marinella beach 200 metres away Activities - Path along the sea, where you can go jogging - Capo beach, 4 kilometres away, where you can paddle and surf - Volleyball courts on the beach in front of the flat Transport - Private car park at the bottom of the residence - Bus stop 150 metres away, which follows the seafront and will take you to Ajaccio town centre, 10 minutes away. - Ajaccio - Napoléon Bonaparte airport 13 kilometres away Other remarks - Please note that the washing machine can be relatively noisy when in use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Santa Lina "Panoramisch uitzicht over de Baai van Ajaccio.
Fijn appartement, licht, modern ingericht, met super uitzicht over de zee, rustige parkachtige locatie, dichtbij stranden en winkel. stad Ajaccio binnen 3 km. Alles schoon en goed verzorgd."
