The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this delightful, fully equipped 120 m² villa for your holiday.
Recently renovated in 2023, it is sure to charm you with its high-quality facilities! The fully equipped villa offers a beautiful view of the marina.
It features 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 people, as well as lovely outdoor areas with sun loungers, a swimming pool and a hot tub. All this is close to the centre of Cap d’Agde (a 10–15-minute walk). The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: A large, light-filled living area with an open-plan kitchen, fitted with an American-style fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee machine… A central island for meals, a spacious lounge with two corner sofas and a TV, as well as a dining area. A master bedroom (with access to the garden) featuring a queen-size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom (bath and walk-in shower, washbasin). A bedroom adjoining the master suite: the nursery, with a cot and a chest of drawers A separate toilet A utility room with a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board (on request). Upstairs: A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a TV A bedroom (one sleeping area divided into two): a bedroom with two 90cm single beds + an area with one 90cm single bed A small bedroom overlooking the marina with a double sofa bed A bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. For added comfort, the owners have chosen to invest in the following equipment: an extra cot, a high chair, an iron and ironing board, a blender, an electric whisk, a Nespresso coffee machine and board games. Outdoors: - A lovely wooden terrace with a dining table and a small drinks area, alongside a beautiful garden with shock-absorbing flooring and deckchairs - A heated swimming pool available from April to October, as well as a year-round heated jacuzzi and a barbecue. Neighbourhood: Boasting an exceptional location, this villa is situated on a small, private and secure island with access to a small pebble beach and a lovely shaded park. It is a 10–15-minute walk from the port of Cap d’Agde, with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and main high street, as well as 10 minutes from Luna Park and its nightclubs, and 10 minutes from Richelieu Beach. Transport: You have access to 2 private parking spaces, including a charging point for electric vehicles, as well as storage for your bicycles. Villa Hestia "On a passé un très bon séjour, je recommande. Et sur l annonce on ne sait pas que il s'agit d'une île sécurisé avec une plage privé et que le centre qui bouge le plus est à 200 mètres.

Hébergement propre et bien équipé (manque juste des contenants assez grands pour cuisiner pour 8).
Literie confortable, piscine très agréable.
Le jacuzzi est un peu petit pour la taille de la location (3 personnes maximum).
Il serait bien de pouvoir fermer à clefs les WC et salle de bain.
Très bonne communication avec l'agence et la dame présente à notre arrivée.
