Located on the 29th floor of the Tour des Horizons with an area of 52 m² and an extraordinary view of the city, l'horizon can accommodate you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes.
Ideal for a couple or a business trip, you will particularly appreciate its location, its comfort and its calm.
The apartment is composed as follows: - Bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area. - Open, fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, sink, fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle... - Bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - Terrace with breathtaking views Transportation: If you choose to come by car, private parking is available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Public transport: The Saint-Anne metro stop is 1.1 km away (15 min walk), the République metro stop is 1.2 km away (18 min walk), you will also find all the lines there of bus. - Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 2.4 km (34 min on foot) and 2.2 km (10 min by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport 10 km (17 min by car), Nantes airport 121 km (1h25 by car).
Other remarks: - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception.

L'Horizon "Souvenir inoubliable !
🙂 Du 29e étage, la vue est formidable. Nous avons adoré l'architecture de l'immeuble, et la décoration soignée en accord avec celle-ci. C'est un voyage dans le temps !

L'Horizon Une vue imprenable dans un appartement rénové très bien équipé. Le lit est très confortable et les miroirs du salon qui reflètent l'horizon renforcent la sensation de déconnexion, même si l'on est au cœur de la ville.
