The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent this charming 38 m² apartment which is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets and the bustle of the historic center of Rennes.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and equipped and carefully decorated, the Ty Sauveur will welcome you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes.
It also offers a beautiful view of Saint-Pierre Cathedral and the streets of the historic center.
Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV and dining room - An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, washing machine, etc. - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), It opens onto a small, pleasant and functional bathroom. - separate WC The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot).
You can do everything on foot.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Public transport: The République metro stop 500 m away - Nearest station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport 8.8 km by car Other remarks: - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception.

Ty Sauveur Un séjour agréable dans cet appartement en plein centre de Rennes. L’emplacement est à la fois un avantage, par la proximité avec les commerces, et un inconvénient car beaucoup de bruit, surtout la nuit.

Ty Sauveur De enige opmerking dat wij hebben is dat de houten vloer enorm kraakt bij elke stap en heel erg krom ligt wat het verblijf minder aangenaam maakt. Voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn is dit appartement zeker niet aan te raden.
