The Cocoonr agency presents to you for rental, in Rennes, this charming 70m² house located in the heart of the historic center, in the most beautiful tree-lined courtyard in the city, in the quiet of a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument. Ty Charm can accommodate up to 6 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the garden level:
- A living room with TV and dining room
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Separate toilet with sink and washing machine
Upstairs :
you will find a landing serving two bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine
- 1 bedroom with a bed (140x190) on the mezzanine accessible by a comfortable staircase
- A bathroom
The house is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, paid parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: The République metro stop 500 m away
- Nearest station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport 8.8 km by car
Other remarks:
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
