The Souleiado flat is located in the heart of the Panier district.
This small, fully-equipped loft has a roof terrace, ideal for enjoying meals and the sun on sunny days. The flat is located on the top floor (no lift) of a Marseille building in the Panier district. Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum). On entering the flat, you will find a large, bright living room with a double bed and sofa. A fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hob and oven, opening onto the living room with a dining table. A bathroom with shower and WC. A few steps lead up to a flower-filled roof terrace that is not overlooked, perfect for enjoying meals or aperitifs in fine weather. The Souleaido flat is located in the Panier district, Marseille's oldest neighbourhood. Le Panier resembles a small village right in the centre of Marseille, with its typical old-fashioned façades full of colour and its streets full of flowers and plants, thanks to the inhabitants who care for the well-being of their neighbourhood.
Street art is also present, with some beautiful frescoes all over Marseille.
Close to Marseille's museums (MUCEM, Villa Méditerranée, Regard de Provence), the Cathédrale de La Major, the Vieille Charité and the Vieux Port de Marseille. To get to the flat from Gare St Charles, we recommend you: Take the metro from the station: M2 to Métro Geze stop Joliette The flat is a 12-minute walk away Velib: Station n° 2184 république Cathala Parking: Parking Indigo Marseille Vieux Port Musem. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.

Souleiado Logement conforme à la description mais un peu spartiate, sombre et surtout avec une forte odeur d’égout provenant de la salle de bain se diffusant dans tout l’appartement. Chose qui est très désagréable pour plusieurs nuits.

Souleiado "Logement idéalement situé, parfait pour y passer le temps nécessaire à la récupération après de longs km de marche.
Le logement est fonctionnel et dispose des équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour.
Toutefois, la porte de l'immeuble ne ferme plus et ouvre la possibilité ...
